Steven L. Salzberg, Alexander Szalay Credited as Most Cited Researchers

Clarivate Analytics has released its 2017 Highly Cited Researchers list, and it includes 15 Johns Hopkins University researchers, including IDIES Associate Director Steven L. Salzberg, and IDIES Director Alexander Szalay. To be placed on this list means that your work is cited in the top one percentile in research papers for your field. The entire IDIES group would like to congratulate Alex and Steven, who have made this list for the third year in a row. Steven L. Salzberg is a professor of Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, and Biostatistics, and directs the Center for Computational Biology. Alex Szalay is the Director of IDIES and a professor of Astrophysics & Computer Science.
