2019 IDIES Annual Symposium

This event will bring together experts in Big Data from all divisions of Johns Hopkins University, the government and industry to share their discoveries, practical ideas, and insights. The focus is on a multi-disciplinary approach to using Big Data to solve critical problems in science, medicine, engineering, and more.

The symposium will include Keynote talks, Updates from IDIES Seed Fund Awardees, Posters and more. The emphasis is on developing a synergistic atmosphere in which to share and solve problems, techniques, and experiences. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided. The symposium is followed by a cocktail reception.
