The Institute for Data Intensive Engineering and Science will hold our Annual Symposium on Friday, October 19, 2018.
This annual event brings together experts in Big Data from across Johns Hopkins University, the government and industry to share their discoveries, practical ideas, and insights. The focus in years past has been a multi-disciplinary approach to using Big Data to solve critical problems in science, medicine, engineering, and more. The symposium features invited talks, shorter presentations, a poster session, and 1-2 minute lightning poster presentation session, with an emphasis on developing a synergistic atmosphere in which to share and solve problems, techniques, and experiences. There will also be a continental breakfast, a catered lunch, and cocktail reception to wrap up the day. Please feel free to share this event with any interested parties!
The IDIES Annual Symposium is open to all interested parties. Space is limited. Registration is required. Registration will close on October 16th at 5pm. Continental breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail reception are included with your valid registration.
